Mera Bharat Mahan

Mera Bharat Mahan

About the work

Mera Bharat Mahan is a patriotic distribution initiative distinct from the mini shirt-pin flags of project 06. Dr. Darla Nageswara Rao created a tricolour artwork (about 22 × 28 inches) with names of freedom fighters written beneath the flag, then produced thousands of laminated prints for homes.

The agenda is that households should keep the national flag with the same devotion with which families keep personal or deity photographs—“Every Home – National Flag.” About 4,000 laminated A4 prints were prepared for distribution by 15 August 2025, plus 200 glass-framed flags.
