Work 02 of 25
Handwritten Replica of 14 Pages of Eenadu

About the work
Building on front-page Replica Art, Dr. Darla Nageswara Rao created a handwritten replica of a complete Eenadu Telugu newspaper edition published on Gandhi Jayanti, 2 October 2004.
The work is not a photocopy. Every letter, headline, advertisement, cartoon, and layout element was reproduced by hand with fountain pen and poster colours; photographs were cut and pasted in place. Ten pages of the main edition and four pages of the Vasundhara supplement—fourteen pages in all—were completed on a single roll of paper.
The project demonstrates the endurance and precision of Replica Art at full-edition scale.
