Charlie Chaplin Bindis

About the work
Using black bindis—the forehead dots traditionally worn by women—Dr. Darla Nageswara Rao created three Charlie Chaplin compositions: full figure, symbol, and face only.
Together the three sheets use 13,200 black bindis. The works were displayed at Mood Indigo, IIT Bombay, continuing the sticker/bindi mosaic method seen in the Obama and visiting-card projects.
