About the work
Inspired by the Hindu tradition of Ashtottara Shata Namavali (108 names), Dr. Darla Nageswara Rao compiled a patriotic namavali honouring Indians who struggled for freedom and national life, presented during Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav.
Each page carries 108 names; six pages yield 648 names. Names are respectfully styled with “Sri… Jayaho.” The compilation was confirmed on 15 August 2022. Full name lists are preserved with the project materials in this folder.
